Trouble setting up a secondary location

Could not add a second location to my current account. Talked with SS Service for over an hour then got hung up on. They could not get it to work???????????

Hi @marv102445 ,

Sorry to hear that you had trouble. Normally the process should be as simple as going into the SimpliSafe app, navigating to the three-bar ☰ Menu on the top left, and selecting Install a New System.

Could you give us a bit more detail about where you got stuck? Particularly if you ran into any error messages. That may help us determine the next step.

App just did not handle setting up a second location under one account. Called Service and almost an hour and a half later got hung up on with no return call (they had our email and phone number). Called again on the next day, a Saturday (January 13, 2024), and they corrected it in ten minutes. All set now, thanks.
