System issues
I need to speak with somebody because my system keeps losing Wi-Fi and not reconnects and the cameras disconnects and not record. This is a constant issue I'm having and if it continues I'm just going to disconnect my services

@Kimmie3770 Suggest you pick up the phone and call support to troubleshoot. Posting here in the forum and awaiting a reply is not the most efficient path to get your system issues addressed.

@Kimmie3770 If your Base Station and cameras are all experiencing an issue connecting to your Wi-Fi network, there are a few different things we can do to troubleshoot this.
First, I would recommend moving your router to a more central area of your home if possible. I would also try setting up a Guest Wi-Fi network that broadcasts at 2.4GHz and only connect your SimpliSafe devices to it.
If neither of the steps above help, a Wi-Fi extender may also be helpful to strengthen your Base Station and cameras' connection. Our Support team can tell you more about our recommended Wi-Fi extender, and provide live assistance with your system.
