@dunlapsusie There are many reasons for this, but you can try 1. removing and adding the sensor back 2. swap with another same type of sensor. If it then works and the other doesn't, hardware defective 3. move the base (get off floor, away from electronics and finally 4. Call support to troubleshoot.
