Same problem

I have reconnected the camaras, they work for a while and the problem starts again. I definitely  has a software problem

@mencor9 If your cameras are disconnectinga it sounds like a wifi issue. Use the connection check tool in the phone app. if it says its gooda, then you really need to call support. If it doesn't report good or at least fair, try moving your router or points. If that fails, call support to troubleshoot.

Cameras are fair or good . When motion is detected I can see them. But I cant go live

@mencor9​ Which camera are you experiencing this with? And when you try to watch a livestream do you see any type of error message, or just a blank screen? Also, do you notice this issue on both the mobile app and web app, or does this only happen when using the mobile app?

That is an odd one.   Call support to troubleshoot.

All three camaras are acting in the same manner, all have connection, no live view, but they detect movement. Will contact simplisafe
