"No Video" on the 2 Outdoor Cameras when motion sensor is triggered.

So this started only after the latest update.
When the motion sensor is triggered the 2x outdoor cameras say No Video in the timeline. The indoor camera shows it's video.
The outdoor cameras show their videos when they are triggered by motion so it's not a connection issue.
This is ONLY when the system is in "HOME" mode and the motion sensor is triggered and only started happening after the latest updates,

@eamail2001 This is interesting, as an indoor camera detecting motion shouldn't trigger a response from the Outdoor Cameras. If you haven't tried this already, I would recommend resetting the Outdoor Cameras as a first step to see if that stops this from happening.

If not, could you please send me a screenshot of the "No Video" notification in your timeline so I can bring it to our engineers. That screenshot could either be commented in this thread, or sent to me directly using the Community's direct messaging feature.

Should not all my cameras record if a motions sensor is triggered?

Is there a way to test if they will all recored besides setting off the alarm by opening a window, etc?

@eamail2001 Ah, got it! Yes, if a Motion Sensor is triggered all of your cameras should record. Do your Motion Sensors happen to be set to Secret Alert in Home Mode?

Our engineers have been investigating an issue where some Outdoor Cameras will not record during Secret Alerts. The issue has been identified, and a solution is in an upcoming firmware update—which will be making its way to users soon. If that sounds like you, this will be resolved very soon.

If you want to simulate an alarm event without actually triggering an alarm, you can put your system into Test Mode. When you do this, all of your cameras will record as well.

Yes they are set to Secret Alert.
So an update will fix this soon?

@eamail2001 Correct, an upcoming update will resolve this.
