Impossible and predatory Cancellation
Is there any way other than calling account specialists to cancel service? I was required to move overseas due to military change of station, where I cannot make phone calls with my cell provider. I need to cancel my policy, but the only manner I’ve been repeated parroted is to call. I just need another way, any other way.

@arobedeaux We do require our customers to call our Support team when canceling or downgrading their monitoring plans. This is so our agents can verbally verify your account's Safe Word and ensure that the request is authentic.
But we do see that you were able to get in touch with our Support team yesterday, and that your monitoring plan has successfully been canceled.
