You will have to call to cancel.

What if you forgot your passcode, is there any other way

@nomebig2 the first thing we would suggest is to head over to your account here. Once you log in, you can go to the Monitoring tab, and you'll see your Safe Word passcode on that page.

If you don't remember your account password, you can click Forgot password on the login page, and we can send a password reset to you email address.

And finally, you can give our Support team a call at 800-548-9508, and let them know that you're having trouble. They can go through some alternative options.

stuck on hold to try to cancel. Terrible customer service is why I no longer want anything to do with this terrible company. What a racket that you do not even let you cancel a credit card you have on file for payment

@khagan1066 I'm terribly sorry to hear about this. I've forwarded your case to our escalated Support team. A specialist will be in touch soon, so keep an ear out for their call.

Not doing the run around guys - locked the credit card so I imagine you'll get around to canceling me!

I am trying to cancel my monitoring service but the phone number provided

(800) 548-9173 is picked up to be put on hold in a call center then hangs up.

There isn't a customer service email or another number to contact someone.

@cserna3306 Requests to downgrade or cancel your monitoring plan must be done over the phone. This is so our monitoring agents can verify your account, and ensure that the request is not being made under duress.

We do see that you got in touch with our team, and they successfully canceled your plan.
