Cancellation

I see a lot of folk on here talking about how difficult cancellation is, I figured I'd chip in that I just cancelled and it took only about 9 minutes between the time I started the call and the time the subscription was successfully cancelled. No pressure to renew or stay, quick and easy.

I placed an order less than 24 hrs and since 9am I have been trying ro cancel the order due to a death in the family and been getting rhe runaround for 7 hrs

@rosariosola2431​ Apologies - if an order has already been sent to our shipping partner and is on its way to you we unfortunately cannot alter or cancel it. But what our Support team can do is set up a return for the order and you can send it back to us.

I was looking into your company security system and I have yet to talk it over with my wife. And it says it was already shipped however is there a way to cancel it and reroute it back to your company.
