Business Accounts - Multiple App Users & PIN Number for Arming

Not sure if this is a question or idea...

With ADT Pulse, we could have multiple users on the app and they could set the alarm from their phone and disarm. In addition, to set the alarm, a PIN was required.

I asked specifically about this when I ordered my system for my business and the sales guy said we could do this. Now I find out we can't. This is actually a deal breaker for me. But maybe I am missing something.

1) Anyone using the app has to know the main account username and password. This means they could also change things or cancel things. I don't trust employees enough for this access.

2) Even if they did have the app, I can't tell who did what. So someone could arm or disarm the alarm and there is no way to know who did what.

3) On the pin pad, there is no requirement to type in a pin number. This means there is no tracking for who set the alarm that night. Knowing who is responsible for setting the alarm is important to me.

You guys are so close to destroying ADT in the business realm, but I am afraid I have to go back to them.

Please let me know if I am missing something here or if there are any TRUE ETAs or intentions of plans to make this more robust. I feel like these are basic features that are necessities for Small Business Owners.

If I'm correct you can put up to 5 different pins in and each one can be a certain person and you would know who it is on your app but not sure how many employees you have. As far as the app is concerned unfortunately they have to have all your info and like you said they can change all settings without your permission and I'm not sure if this in development or not but I'm sure simplisafe will chime in.

I am also hoping for all of these things, I am looking to purchase a secondary system for my business but it will not work unless we're able to have a pin required to arm the system as we are a wedding venue and a random drunk guest or kid could hit home or away and we would be setting off the alarm. It would also be nice if they could have a limited access view on the app as well in case they forget to set the alarm, but as mentioned, need to see who did what and when.

Are you hearing us? Please update us on when you'll be adding these critical features. We all want to love your system, but there are just a few things that MUST be addressed. If you have no plans to add the important features, such as multiple users with separate permissions, then at least let us know so we can move on. If you do plan to add these features please let us know so you don't lose us before you actually implement them. If I find out a month after I switch back to ADT that you added these features I'm probably just going to stick with ADT. A lot of us have been very patient for a long time because we are hopeful you'll give your customers what they need in order to properly utilize your system. Please be straight with us.
