@simplisafe_admin​ Another great topic for an active webinar hosted by a product manager or dev team member entitled "Product feature/improvement Requests: How we evaluate, develop and implement them".  Increase customer satisfaction and good will, increase profit etc etc.

Wow, it's been almost 13 years and no interactive webinars online with SS; quite the track record, although I do remember four occasions when a product manager actually posted in the forums. Our medical device company use to do them once a month.  An 86% market share....wonder if things like that had any correlation? Admittedly, probably not  directly but I am quite sure it didn't hurt. :-)
