Adding a camera to my subscription

I have 10 cameras but only 9 are subscribed. How do I get the 10th camera subscribed? 

P.S. If you tell me there is a Subscribe button or something similar, I don’t see it anywhere.

Hi @mrmrsbartz, 

To add this camera to your account, open up the SimpliSafe mobile app and navigate to the three-bar icon on the top left corner of the screen. Then, select "Add Device or Camera" and tap "Let's Go" on the bottom of the screen. From there, scroll down on the page and select the camera type you are installing and follow the on-screen instructions. 

Once that camera has been added to your account, it should automatically be subscribed.

I have this same issue. They’re active on my account but not subscribed to my monitoring plan. Please advise.

I have this same issue. The cameras are active on my account (including receiving notifications for motion activity) but they are not properly enrolled on my monitoring plan. Please advise.
