Worthless system

I purchased the Simplisafe system less than a year ago.  I followed the directions and it was working fine for a couple of months. Then, the cameras stopped working.  I made numerous calls to customer service.  I experience very long hold times and disconnections.

Technical support was no better , even passing me along to other techs.  After doing every step, they still don't work.  I even asked if I could pay for a tech to reinstall my system,  I was told no.  I have a unworking system, Simplisafe will not help.  I will never recommend Simplisafe to anyone!
