Why don’t all the keypads update at the same time?
Hello,
Yesterday, I noticed my keypad had an update, so I went and updated it. I thought it would update all of the key pads in the house. I found out that I have to do them one by one.
Is there a way to have them all update when I update one?
I personally would like to see that option and also the option for keypad updates to be automatic when the system is not armed.
I just installed my system so maybe I am over looking something, but if I’m not I would like to see these improvements if possible. Part of security is keeping things updated, so auto update should be an option.

Hi @SafteyFirst ,
Yes, the current behavior is that when an update is initiated, only the Keypad that first initiated will get the update.
This is because the Keypad should be moved closer to the Base Station to ensure better stability for the download, and we don't want to assume that each Keypad is in range. So we ask you to initiate the update for each Keypad separately.
