Why does sensor trigger entry delayed triggered event

Hi,

I have configured the sensor in the hallway so that it does not trigger immediately however when my wife set the alarm last night via a keypad by pressing home a countdown beep began. Thinking this was a countdown before the alarm was set we let it continue then the alarm went off!

Looking at the timeline I can see the following events…

1. System armed in home mode

2. Entry delayed trigger

3. Alarm triggered

I have tried the same arming this morning and I get completely different behaviour??

I believe this is the second time this has happened what on earth is going on?
