Unable to connect to base

Keypad allows me to arm system but the app is not speaking with the base. The app does show camera and notifications but I am unable to arm system

@RhinoHousehold That is an odd one, especially that you can log in, use your camera and get notifications.  I would try to uninstall and install the app again. It that doesn't work you could do a hard reboot of the base (unplug, take batteries out, wait a minute and reverse) but it is shooting in the dark.  I have the Android app, running Android 12 on Pixel 4a and working fine. For me, I would call support and see if they can assist.

If you could be kind enough to post your outcome here once resolved, will greatly appreciate it. Would like to learn how to address this in the future. Thanks!

Hi @RhinoHousehold ,

It definitely sounds like your Base Station is having trouble connecting to the Monitoring Service. I should ask, do you have WiFi already set up for your system? You can find that setting on the Keypad Menu, under System Settings > WiFi.

If you're subscribed to the $27.99 Interactive Monitoring Plan, your system should also be able to connect through the built-in cellular backup. We'd want to troubleshoot that connection as well, if so.
