Two or more base stations used as RF Extenders

Reading between lines here often enough.

Can @davey_d or @emily_s answer this? Or anyone.

If I buy a new SS3 base on eBay for $25. Maybe even two extra bases, for a total of 3.

And if I add that base(s) to my SS app in the same house. Unmonitored.

I could add half the house sensors and half the house cameras and in doing that, essentially extend the power of the RF (radio frequency @433.92mhz) signals. Yes? No? Why or why not? Do they interfere with each other?

I do currently have self with cameras and would have to cancel that entirely. Obviously.

What I've discovered lately while moving my base all over the house in testing, is live views can be acceptable IF, they receive a very close RF base signal. Yes houses have walls.

I could live with downgrading to just self monitoring, if the live views didn't take from 3 seconds close to the base and 13 seconds for some further away or more walls.

I'd still get cameras motion notifications, actual useful & maybe responsive live views, arm and disarm etc.

Since I can't see (or read easily ) how adding a second or third base in the app looks or works, I need feedback on that.

Must you switch to each system to arm it and they are totally separately controlled systems? That's what I think but don't know for sure.

I can get around that with my automations to auto arm and disarm.

If a motion notification comes in and I click it does it auto open that camera live view regardless of which base station sent it?

Can one keypad be used with multiple base stations for updates? Needed? Or can the app do all base station updates?

Any other whammies I should know about?

Input appreciated. Current situation after 19 months is not acceptable.
