System Wiped

I came home tonight and my entire SimpliSafe System is wiped out. All sensors gone and my base station is glowing white.

Called support and all they told me to do is basically reconfigure the system from scratch.

I have a ton of sensors and cameras. We are talking hours and hours of work.
