Strange Keypad Behavior
I have had this strange behavior in the past with my keypad. When I enter the room where my keypad is located, I will notice the off, home, away, menu buttons are all lit up and the LCD is showing OFF. . I am not anywhere near it. It then will go dark after about five to 10 seconds. I have the latest firmware installed, here it is anyway:
keypad version 2.13.8
base 2.15.8
wifi 2.11.8
I hope someone can shed some light on this strange behavior.

@raski321 It Could be a bad keypad light sensor, but try putting the keypad on power saver mode. It will only light up when you put your hand over it. It works great, should address your issue and the batteries will last much longer. If there is still an issue, call support.

@raski321 I agree with Captain11 here, turning on the Keypad's Power Savings setting might help stop this. This can be done in the Keypad by going to Menu > enter your Master PIN > Devices > select [your Keypad] and then turn Power Savings on.
If that does not help, please let me know and we can investigate further!
