@davispeach3 What volume setting is the Base Station's siren set to? You can check this in the SimpliSafe mobile app by going to My System > Base Station Settings > scroll down to Alarm Siren Volume. If the siren isn't already set to High you can use the slider to set it to that volume. When set to High the siren will sound at 95dB, which is as loud as a motorcycle zooming by.
But as Captain11 said, if you would like the siren to be louder, we do offer an additional Auxiliary Siren that reaches up to 105dB—that's as loud as a rock concert! You can learn more about the Auxiliary Siren over on our website.
@davispeach3 Not ours. Damn loud. A few more details or call support to troublehsoot or get an aux siren. We have one. Also three indor smart cameras that also have sirens. All together, can raise the dead...or at least sound like it.
@davispeach3 There has to be something wrong. Did you call SS support to troubleshoot? Do you have an app on your phone that can estimate how many decibels the siren is on the base?
