Setting for Delays

New to this so I'm Just curious on what other Simplisafe users have for their allowable time setting,
HOME:
-      Exit Delay
-      Entry Delay

AWAY:
-      Exit Delay
-      Entry Delay

The only delay I have is our exit door when leaving the house. It's on a 90 second delay in the Away mode.  All other sensors are set to Instant Trigger in Home and Away.  Then I always check the App to make sure it did in fact arm in the Away mode after we leave the house.  Most of the time I use the App to switch to Off when approaching the house on return.  I have had a couple of false alarms when at home when it's set to Home and I open a door by mistake.

Since my Keypad is close to the back door I have the Entry delay set at 30 seconds if I don't turn it off with the App.  Plenty of time to enter the code and turn it Off.

My home settings are 0 for both  exit and entry. When the system is set to home, we don't expect anyone coming or going.
For away, exit is 30 and entry is 20. Ditto with Route 66, all sensors are on instant trigger, except for the kitchen door.

Interesting concept (Instant Trigger) on some devices.
- Did not think of doing anything like that because didn't know about that feature -
I guess this is setting is controlled by the keypad, will scope this out in the morning... thanks!
Today was my first day ON actual Simplisafe monitoring, fingers cross no false alarm yet...
My 3 fast days of practice time was spent setting up and golfing, didn't get a chance to hear the alarm sound in practice mode... Wonder if I can call and have them give me another day of practice to check my motion sensors and other devices...
Again, thank you guys for the inputs!

@ Marvic1 , you can set instant trigger most easily on your dashboard at the website. I do hope you have the 24.99 plan. Great value and gives you the most features.

As far as testing, go to your keypad, hit the menu button, enter your code, scroll down to test mode.  Your base will send a test signal and monitoring will call with recorded message. Listen to the prompts and get an agent. Ask for your entire system to be put on test for x time. (hour, 2 hours etc). Then arm your system to home and open a door where the entry sensor is set to instant trigger. (Have the keypad, or your phone or key fob ready to turn it off).  You can then easily test to your hearts content.
Congrats on your new system and best of luck!

Are the delay possibilities different for SS3? Not that I would change any, moreso just curious.

For my SS2 system there is no setting for Home exit delay. Home mode is set the moment you press the button.

In the primary system Home Entry delay set to 10 seconds, then Away Entry and Away Exit both set to the minimum values you can set in ths app. 30 and 45 seconds respectively, I think. But, most sensors are set to instant trigger. At the secondary location all sensors are set to instant trigger. Either I remember to disarm before entry  (mostly) or I get an earful from the aux siren and have to quickly deactivate. :)
