Replace Base Station msg on Settings in app

Not getting chirp alerts from motion detection by outside cameras -- including doorbell cam -- perhaps since upgrading my iOS on iPhone SE 2020 to 6.1.1. Wife's iPhone 8 with iOS 5.7 has no problems. Aha! Power cycled iPhone and alerts resumed.
ALSO, under General Settings of app at the bottom of the screen in a box, it says Replace Base Station. I have done all troubleshooting with SimpliSafe support, including power-cycle of base station. They insist my system shows fine on their end and that my SimpliSafe app is the current version. Maddening. Help, please!

Hi @clays_mail, welcome to the community!

The Replace Base Station button under the three-bar menu > My System > General Settings will always be present, as it's an option available for those who may need to replace their Base Station. Replacing your Base Station is generally needed if our support team determines an issue with the existing Base Station, or if you purchase a new Base Station for one reason or another.

Are you having any issues, outside of the alerts, with your SimpliSafe system?
