says it's on battery backup but it is plugged in (the outlet is working for everything else). it's been out for 4 days.

@pennymatt55 I agree with Dlpsr, if the outlet is working this may be an issue with the Base Station's power adapter. If you contact our Support team, they can send you a new one.
