There isn't a limit on the number of Keypads that can be paired to an All-New SimpliSafe system. There is, however, a limit of 100 on the total number of devices (Entry Sensors, Motion Sensors, Smart Locks, etc.) that can be paired to a system at a time.
Thank you for the rapid reply.
The reason I asked is that I bought a NEW keyboard on eBay to add to my system.
I have Keypads at my front and back doors, wanted to add one to the bedroom, so I would be able to arm and disarm from there...
This new keypad continues to show on the "Keypad Not Connected
Press any key to try and reconnect to the Base Station'
Is there another process I can try in order for the new keypad to function like the other two?
Have you made sure to pair the new Keypad to your Base Station? Since you already have a few Keypads, you can easily pair the new Keypad using one of your others. To do so, on one of your working Keypads, press the menu button -> Enter your Master PIN -> Setup and Naming. Once in
Setup and Naming press a button on the new Keypad and it should pair properly. If you are still having issues, make sure, as whoaru99 mentioned, that this is a Keypad for the All-New SimpliSafe system. Keypads for the new system will have model number SSKP3 on the back.
Thank you guys, especially The SimpliSafe Social Team.
Yes the NEW Key Pad is the SSKP3 model.
The instruction that the SimpliSave team gave me worked and Key Pad is online.
Again, thank you...
