Issues with gen 3 fob

Anyone else having issues with replacement fobs?

I have a gen 3 simplisafe with 28 devices connected.  I had a fob locked in my safe.  I took this fob out of the safe last week and found it wasn't working.  The other two fobs I have still worked.  I contacted customer support and was sent a replacement (refurbished) fob.  I attempted to add this fob and nothing in my system recognized it.  I contacted customer support again.  Ran through their troubleshooting steps and was sent a second fob.  This one failed to connect to my system, too.  I contacted customer support and we spent about 30 minutes troubleshooting.  As an aside comment, I purchased a 2nd system to get two cameras for less than buying two cameras seperately.  So, as part of troubleshooting, it was suggested to swap base station.  I took the new base station and set it up and attempted to add the new fob and it failed on this base station.

For the sake of testing, I attempted to add the working fob to the new base station.  It failed to add.

At this point, I asked customer support if they could tell if the 2nd replacement fob was still connected to another system.  He said he search and didn't find it connected to any other system.

At this point, I readded my original base station and things seem to be back to original.

This afternoon, I took the fob and attempted to add the fob to another system and it failed.

I have the next set of fob(s) coming next week.
