Interference detected errors

Two days ago base station started repeatedly reporting interference detected errors. In addition to beeping, a voice reported the error, the handset displayed interference detected message and push messages were sent to my phone. I called support and after a long discussion they lowered the interference detection threshold.  He mentioned that the detection threshold can be reduced further if necessary.

No more error messages were detected for over 24 hours.  This morning the base station started beeping.  No voice messages were heard, no messages were displayed on the handset and no push messages were received.  After repeated beeping I unplugged the base station and removed the batteries.  I am waiting for support to open to call.

Has anyone else had a similar problem.

Update: Had a lengthy chat troubleshooting session with Simplisafe support.  During testing the beeping errors became more frequent without any accompanying voice messages, push messages or handset messages. The end result is that they are replacing my base station.

Support was knowledgeable, efficient and thorough.  I am very pleased with the actions taken.  The replacement should be in my hands in 2 business days and I am to return my base station with a prepaid label supplied by Simplisafe.
