Firmware update failed

I put my keypad right next to my base station. The base station said, "Update complete", but the keypad said "Update failed" and to try again later, but the option to update my firmware is nowhere to be found on my keypad display.

I just bought this thing yesterday and this isn't giving me any confidence. Any tips to get Simplisafe working ?
