oK that makes sense. But these are good things to know because if I'm somewhere I need to be quiet I need to make sure my spouse doesn't put the system in test mode because my phone will make noise. 

Is there a definitive list of what is an alarm notification vs. a system notification? Which is power outage? or loss of wireless?

@mindy999 You will receive an Alarm Notification if one of your sensors triggers your system's siren, or if you put your system into Test Mode. Notifications regarding a loss of power or Wi-Fi fall under the System Health category. If your phone is in Do Not Disturb, you should not be notified of System Health notifications.
