COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE -- Loss of communication to base station
Happened again.
This happens every so often, but that is unacceptable for a security device that you depend on for your life. This happened to me when I was traveling, which meant my house was basically unarmed. Worse is...what if this happened in the middle of the night when the unthinkable happens...when I really need my alarm system the most!
SimpliSafe YOU NEED TO FIX YOUR SH*T. I don't pay a monthly fee for fun. If this doesn't fix itself soon I'm switching providers. I don't care if I wasted over $1000 on equipment, my family is worth more than this.

@jc5830 I understand why you are upset but I extremely doubt your system will "fix itself". Suggest you call support, explain the situaton and troubeshoot. I, and other of dozens of systems I have recommend and placed, are working fine, so there has to be a reason why this is happening to your system. If the agent you get doesn't get results, ask for a callback from 2nd level or specialist.
I agree, this is serious, and support can assist you in addressing this.
Please post your outcome here if you get a chance.

Hi @jc5830,
Just so I have this right, you received a No Link to Dispatcher error? This happens when the Base Station loses both its Wi-Fi and cellular connections. When this error occurs, we want to check the placement of the Base Station to rule out any interference that can impact its connection to your network. This guide in our Help Center can help troubleshoot the placement of the Base Station to ensure that it has a strong and consistent connection.
I have also gone ahead and escalated your case to our Specialist team for further assistance. A senior agent will contact you soon to troubleshoot your Base Station, so please keep an ear out for their call.
