Base Station dead after update

After initiating an update, my base station is not responding to anything - no lights, even took the batteries out and reinstalled.  My keypad searches for the base station, but says "Keypad Not Connected'.  Any suggestions would be most welcome.  Thank you.

Hi lmulliki,

Something definitely has gone wrong with that firmware update. Please give us a call at 800-548-9508 and our Support team will overnight you a replacement Base Station.

Same happened to me. They send a new base but I cant change the base serial number on with website so it doesnt work properly or the app.

The way to change the Base Station serial is admittedly not the most intuitive. In the invoice that we emailed over when your Base Station shipped, you'll find full instructions on how to get started.
