Base station beeping/cannot get help from company

Has anyone had any luck getting assistance with a defective base station? Our base station has been going off beeping at random times over the past several months. We have called and gone through an hour plus troubleshooting session each time. Both times, the system eventually stopped beeping, so Simplisafe considers it fixed. Then it begins beeping again, waking up our daughter the  middle of the night. 

It happened again! I chatted with an associate who wanted me to go through the troubleshooting process again. We don't want to as the base station is clearly broken and we'd like a new one. 

Any suggestions on reaching a supervisor or another solution? We don't want to switch companies but we are close to doing so.

Hi @jasont ,

By chance would you be able to share a recording of that beeping here? I suspect that you're hearing the three-tone Trouble Signal, which can sound if there is a warning on your system that needs to be addressed.

Of course, the best way to fix the issue is to address whatever the warning is about. For example, if you see a "Sensor Not Responding" error on your Keypad, we'd want to actually bring that sensor back online.

But you can also disable the signal tone through the system settings on your Keypad. You can find the instructions here.

I’m having the same problem every day and cannot get it fixed. I requested an escalation but I have heard nothing. I will be asking for a refund and going with a different company

I called the Dean back and the support person said they could not get ahold of him and to wait for another email. This is horrible support.
