Hi @kennywright695 ,
It's important to know, before we start, that Door Chimes are available only when your system is disarmed. When your system is armed in Home or Away Modes, the system will instead trigger the countdown before the main alarm siren.
But there are two main approaches here. First, we should make sure that your Entry Sensors are actually powered on and set up properly.
For each of your Entry Sensors, when you open and close that door, do you see the lights blinking? It should be one blink for open, two blinks for closed. If not, you'll want to make sure that the battery strip is fully removed, and that the battery itself is fully seated within the compartment. You'll also want to make sure that the main sensor piece is within 2 inches of the smaller magnet piece, so that it can properly detect it.
If the Entry Sensor is functional, then we should test the Base Station. Do you hear and sounds from the Base Station at all? Do you see any error messages on the Keypad that might indicate an issue? If you already have the system connected to your SimpliSafe app, you can also look in the General Settings to make sure that the Entry Sensor Chime is not set to Off.
If you're still having trouble, then the issue might be with the communication between your Sensors and the Base Station. The steps in the Help Center here might be able to help.

Does the base station allow you to select a different doorbell chime?
