App won’t clear says I’m on battery backup, no outage

Since the 2.18 firmware update, my app still shows that I’m on battery backup.  Been thru the drill with support, resets, delete app, install. Nothing.  Service goes thru the same nonsense every time.  Beyond frustrated

@chefap Have you tried unplugging and then plugging the Base Station back in? You should:

  1. Unplug the Base Station's power cord from the outlet
  2. Wait at least 60 seconds, or until a "Power Outage" message appears in your app's timeline
  3. Plug the power cord back in
  4. After 60 seconds, a "Power Restored" message will appear in the timeline, and the error on the pverview page of the app should go away

This has been done numerous times, with no effect.
