App and Dashboard are out of sync

My device list in the app versus the dashboard are different. Status of different sensors etc are completely different, like one sensor will show not responding or low battery on the dashboard but not in the app. They are also out of sync with my keypad.

Has anyone seen this before? It looks like syncing with the base station from either one doesn't work.

Hi @nguyendon ,

The smartphone app updates much more frequently than the webapp. You'll want to manually refresh the webapp by clicking the 🗘 refresh button on the bottom right of the Dashboard tab, or at the top of the Devices tab, to get the latest info.
