App and Dashboard are out of sync

My device list in the app versus the dashboard are different. Status of different sensors etc are completely different, like one sensor will show not responding or low battery on the dashboard but not in the app. They are also out of sync with my keypad.

Has anyone seen this before? It looks like syncing with the base station from either one doesn't work.

Hi @nguyendon ,

The smartphone app updates much more frequently than the webapp. You'll want to manually refresh the webapp by clicking the 🗘 refresh button on the bottom right of the Dashboard tab, or at the top of the Devices tab, to get the latest info.

@cjsaruba When you log into your account in the SimpliSafe® Online Account on your browser, you are automatically brought to the Dashboard tab of your account. You'll know you're on the Dashboard when you see the Off, Home, and Away icons for your system. From there, you can refresh the system by clicking the refresh icon on the bottom right corner of the screen. 

 

You can navigate to different tabs on the Online Account on the navigation menu on the left side of the screen - you'll see options like Monitoring, PINs, and Devices. If you do not see the navigation menu, you will need to click the three-bar menu on the upper left corner of the screen first.
