Any chance of an a touchscreen keypad

I’ve been getting emails from Cove, including a 70% off 7/4 sale.  They do not offer as much as Simplisafe does.  They don’t have locks, for instance, and that is a dealbreaker for me.  There monitoring is cheaper though and they also offer a lifetime warranty on products if you have their highest tier

The one thing that makes them tempting to me is that they have a touchscreen panel that looks really nice.  When the Simplisafe alarm goes off, I have no way of knowing what set it off without getting my phone, which I don’t keep in my bedroom, and looking at it.  The keypad is useless for this.  It would be really nice to have a touchpad that listed all of the sensors on it, as well as what’s actually causing the alarm to go off.

Any chance that Simplisafe will get something like this?  Systems like Cove, in some ways, make Simplisafe’s technology look old.
