Zero reliability! About to drop the service.

Since couple of month ago most of my outdoor cameras started giving black screen. Customer support was completely useless with zero ability to troubleshoot remotely. Here is what you get for having the service which works "sometimes" and usually does not work when you need it. There is a screenshot showing download speed of 177 / upload 31 during the time when some of the cameras having issues connecting to Wi-Fi. 4 out of 5 outdoor cameras are having issues! The only one thing changed is new 10th Gen2 camera added.

@joea We apologize to hear about all of this trouble. What happens if you reset the Outdoor Camera? Do the cameras function as intended?

We've also forwarded your case to our Tech team for further investigation. A member of the team will be in touch soon to assist you further.

I tried to reset one of the cameras that had most of connectivity issues and it didn't help at all. The whole issue started about that time when I added newer 2Gen camera to my account (reached 10 cameras total).

Couple of days ago I removed one of the indoor cameras from the system and it appears to be performing slightly better. It doesn't look to me your system can support 10 cameras as advertised. I wouldn't blame my internet speed as I'm working from home, constantly connected and immediately see any internet outages/connection drops. My internet plan is 300mbps, the average lowest I've seen so far is 220mbps download / 25mbps upload speed
