follow through with products and shipment

paid extra for 2 day delivery, it will be 5 business days since I placed the order.  and they say they start charging for monitoring yesterday.  is this an on going problem with Simpli safe not to honor their commitments as posted?  Or, is it best to send it all back for lack of good customer service
