While in Away Mode and viewing the Cameras from my desktop browser, the last Camera image is not updated

Until about six months ago, when I activated the cameras remotely from my desktop, the last image was saved in the browser page.  However, currently I'm continuing to see an image taken last winter.  I'd like to have the image updated and saved in my Control Center every time I access the camera.  How can I do that?

Hi @tonynix2 ,

I sincerely apologize for the delay in our response. Yes, when you see the preview for your camera, that snapshot should be a frame from the last time the camera was able to record.

One possible theory for your issue is that the data might not be updating properly on your web browser. Have you already tried clearing the cache? You may need to consult the Help Center for your browser for instructions on how to do that (for example, the instructions for Google Chrome are here).

Also, are you seeing the same issue with the preview thumbnails in the SimpliSafe app on your phone, or even on a different web browser? If you're seeing the same outdated image across different platforms, we may have a different issue that would need further troubleshooting.

Hi.  Thanks for the advice.  I deleted the browser cache and did not see a change.  I only see the unchanging camera thumbnails on the browser; my mobile app changes the  thumbnails as expected.  My next step is to reset all the cookies on the browser and try again.
