Video Doorbell Pro no longer detecting motion
Recently completed updates and a firmware update for the keypad, and now our Video Doorbell Pro no longer detects any motion. Our wifi is not the issue, and I am able to view the camera "live" via the app. I have tried a soft and hard reset both, with the same results. Immediately after the reset, it will detect motion from me leaving, etc., and then stops detecting motion of any kind after that. Generally, it will detect around 3-4 random "events" per day/night and no longer get any. I have tried adjusting the settings to "all motion", "just people", "medium", etc., and none have done anything to remedy the situation. Any suggestions would be appreciated, as it's beginning to get ridiculous at this pt.

@jyoderart Just to confirm, you do not have any Activity Zones set up on the Video Doorbell that could prevent it from detecting motion?
Since you've already tried resetting the doorbell twice and have toggled the motion detection settings around, I would recommend contacting our Support team as a next step. They'll be able to take a deeper look into your account, and can assist you with real time troubleshooting to get your doorbell back up and running as soon as possible.
