Unreliable product during break-in, stay away from Simplisafe

Attempted break-in at my house. Cameras barely caught the suspect because of its awful wake windows which turned on too late to capture footage. Police wouldn't even take the video because of how unusable it is. 

These cameras are awful. From the unreliable charging (I'm on my third replacement) to the horrible software, SimpliSafe is not....safe.

Support is refusing a refund for my products when I just want to return them. Yes, I am out of the 60 day window but do right to your customers. Honor a return of your horrible equipment which has let a customer down in your CORE VALUE PROPOSITION.

Just honor a refund instead of constantly taking bad press. This company is a mess.

It's hard for me to fathom that this company told me to just return the product back to them without a refund. So what, you can resell it to another customer? Yikes...

@emily_s​ censuring my posts again I see. You know the system is flawed. How many thefts, break-ins is it going to take before you fix the problem or even admit that there is a problem?

More people need to read these types of posts before they buy Simpliunsafe  products. I encourage everyone to check out the BBB website and look up this company before you buy anything from them.
