Unable to connect 5th camera

I am trying to add an outdoor camera to my system, but I can't get it to connect to my Wi-Fi. I currently have (2) outdoor cameras, an inside camera and a doorbell camera on my system, they all work fine. I just can't get this 5th camera to connect.

Thanks for checking in. The fact that you were able to get two other Outdoor Cameras connected suggests that there's something different going on with that particular one.

Are you setting it up while it's already in place (i.e. installed where you want it)? I'm thinking there might be interference issues preventing that camera from communicating properly.

We do have a guide on the Help Center under the article Can't Connect Camera to Wi-Fi During Setup,  that can help narrow down some possibilities as well.

Thank you for replying, I am trying to set it up within 2 feet of my WiFi router and my Simplusafe hub. This is the same place I set up my other cameras.

@pdsae05​ Got it, thanks for those additional details! With the camera being so close to the router and Base Station, and being in the same area as all of your other cameras that successfully connected to your network, this shouldn't be an interference issue. 

Have you already tried resetting this Outdoor Camera? You can reset it by pressing and holding the setup button on the back of the device for 30 seconds, or until the camera chimes. When you release the button, the camera should reboot and begin to flash white, prompting you to set it up in the SimpliSafe mobile app again.
