Turning Off or Snoozing Camera Motion Detection

I have had two different systems for two different houses since this past summer and have been wondering about the ability of turning off the cameras in one move.

At my current house, I have four outdoor cameras, and when I work outside (something I do at least once a week if not more), my and my wife's phone (who is usually at work teaching) is constantly getting notifications that motion is being detected.  I do get the option to snooze, but it only comes up when there is motion, can only be done for each individual camera, and the most I can snooze it for is 60 minutes (I am rarely outside for less than that amount of time, most of the time multiple hours or all day).

If I know I am going to be outside, I have to go into each camera and go through what seems to be a countless number of steps to turn off the motion detection on each camera.  When I am done, I have to do this again.  Is there a way to turn off/on all the cameras all at once or maybe snooze them for say 4 or 8 hours all at once?  Or is there a way where the user can create their own modes, where the cameras can be set up differently, other than the three that are available (off/home/away)?

@wareagle00 The short answer is no, but some good news too.  When I or a contractor is working outside, the cameras are configured to send to my phone a push alert. I tap on "Snooze for 1 hour" on each and that's it, no notifications for an hour, and then they turn back on. Not perfect, but better than the current alternative.

Also, you can now shut off motion sensors in "off" state. This is very recent, but to have one button to do this on all of the cameras, and then to turn back on again.

I knew about the snooze option, but my problem with it is that you can only snooze a camera for 1 hour, you can only snooze it once an alert goes off, and you can only snooze the one camera not all of them.  Many times, maybe once or twice a week, I am outside for more than just one hour.  When I am out there, I am usually in front of one or multiple cameras for 2, 3, 8 or more hours.  Having an alert going off on our phones every hour is just not acceptable to me, especially when my wife is at work teaching in her school.

I also knew about turning the cameras off.  That is what I did when I knew I was going to be outside.  My problem with it, is that it takes seven or eight steps to turn off each camera.  Then you have to remember to repeat the process when you are done.

My solution to the problem right now is that I basically did away with the Home state.  I have currently set up the Off state to where everything is off: there are no recordings, there are no alerts for anything.  Home is now set to where only the outdoor cameras will record motion around the house and we will get alerts on our phone, but none of the doors or motion sensors are active.  Away is set to where everything is active.  So basically, when we are home now and the system is in its Home state, we are no longer protected except for recordings outside.  An outside door can open, and we will get an alert, but no alarm will go off.

What I would like to see is SimpliSafe implement a way where we can add a state, other than just the three that are available Off-Home-Away.  Or maybe add another state or two themselves where we can have different settings for each state.  With other smart home devices I have, this option is available, like our thermostat.  I don't see why this couldn't be programmed into the SimpliSafe device.

Boy I'd sure like to have this feature, or one where I can set the snooze timer myself. Being retired and active outside our notifications are constantly going off. Very annoying.
