SSCM1 camera will not connect to system
We have a SimpliSafe system with 3 SSCM1 cameras currently connected and functioning properly.
I have bought two new SSCM1 cameras and BOTH will not connect to the system.
This is a picture of the Error Message.
I have turned OFF 5gHz.
Have done a camera reset 3 times.
Move the Base Station and Camera to the same room.
I am hoping someone can provide a solution to this problem.

Hi @RonWestman ,
Thanks for reaching out. The SimpliCam doesn't need to connect to the Base Station directly, so at least we don't need to worry about that. We're purely troubleshooting the link with the WiFi here.
Interestingly, that camera in your screenshot is showing up on the app, so it must have been able to connect at least once. Have you tried moving it to the same room as the WiFi router? If you already have that camera situated in the basement, it could be in a WiFi deadspot, and you might want to move it somewhere else, or install a WiFi extender down there.
