Spot light delay on cameras outside.

About a month ago, when my car was broken into, I noticed upon watching the videos that my spotlight had a VERY delayed response with motion. Toom roughly 10 seconds to turn on. Slightly annoying considering the fact that they are supposed to turn on more or less immediately with the motion.. didn't pick up the person breaking into my car, and the problem still persists after changing settings, saving, and resetting the camera multiple times. Very disappointing since I spent a LOT of money on these cameras and the system itself, and ive noticed im among MANY others with the same problems.. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
