QR scanner missing
I got a notice about a firmware update and clicked the button and now all of my cameras / doorbells have been disconnected. Nice, thanks for that Simplisafe-hours of extra work.
I have managed to reconnect 2 cameras. I can't get the doorbells to connect no matter what I try. The QR scanner won't show up on my phone. I have an iPhone 15 and I've restarted the device twice. Nothing works. No idea what to do now.

@chuck_e5bad0 Wow, hours. I usual give things ago for a max of 30 minutes and then pick up the phone and call support. Most of the time very effective and worth my time, rarely a waste and I ask for a supervisor but do ask that the particular agent gets more training as the manager, who is the responsible party here, didn't do their job.

I'm not sure how this comment is helpful. It appears from your posts that you mostly tell people to call support. I am looking for a resolution to the missing functions in your app to properly set up the doorbell after your firmware update broke all connections.

Hi @chuck_e5bad0,
I'm sorry to hear about all of this trouble! It appears that the SimpliSafe mobile app failed to even generate that QR code.
I would recommend deleting the SimpliSafe app from your smartphone and then redownload it. After redownloading the app, I would try setting up the Video Doorbell Pro again to see if a QR code comes up.
