Outdoor Camera
Outdoor camera live view has audio but no video, just a black screen. I checked to make sure it's connected to Wi-Fi and also the doorbell camera is working fine.

@davidjbar What happens if you remove the SimpliSafe mobile app from your phone and then download it again? Do the livestreams load properly?
