The Overview tab shows camera previews only when relevant - e.g. if there's been a recent event that you should be aware of. Unfortunately, there's currently no way to keep that camera view there permanently.
@scboo40 Apologies up front if I got your post interpreted incorrectly, but if you are talking about the Simplisafe app on your home screen, for Android just press and hold the icon from your app list and drap up to the home page. If you are asking for a shortcut directly to the outdoor camera, there is a SS widget that will get all of your cameras to your home page that you can quickly toggle through. Suggest you call support and walk through what you want.
Now on to Simplisafe Marketing: Scboo40 brings up the excellent topic of Widgets. Another great topic (in my humble opinion) for a webinar posted on your website in the community. How many customerers would be interested in participating an interactive webinar? What would customers get out of it? What would Simplisafe get out of it? I could offer my opinion but, heck, how about doing something totally craxy and try it so we can all find out? :-)
