Outdoor camera will not install
I am trying to install my second outdoor camera. I just moved into a new apartment and both of them worked just fine at the old apartment. I already have one outdoor camera installed and it installed just fine. When I try to install the second outdoor camera with a fully charges battery, no light will not come on at all. It will make a sound when I close the front of the camera after I install the fully charged battery, but no light at all.
I have tried to reset the camera by holding down the button in the back until it chimed, but still nothing. Any ideas?

Hi @wbarrick1,
When inserting the battery into the Outdoor Camera, are the three gold circles on the battery facing up and aligned with the three gold prongs in the camera's battery slot? If the battery is not properly seated, that could be the issue.
If the battery is properly seated, I would recommend trying one more reset of the Outdoor Camera. But if that still does not help, I would contact our Support team for additional assistance.

I double checked and the battery 3 dots are up and align with the Camera 3 dots. I have tried 2 different fully charged batteries. All I get is the sound and still no light.
