@shadoedaniels I've seen that there is sometimes a short lag time as the app sends the change in settings to your camera. Is the image still not rotated for you after waiting a while?
I have this same issue with the outdoor camera and the settings are on to switch to 180. They are sending a replacement however I feel it will likely be the same issue
@Jwood you initially replied to a Product Request thread for the SimpliCam Indoor Camera, which is not able to support the rotate feature.
So I moved your comment to this more similar thread instead. Do you still have the original Outdoor Camera? I would have you try to set the Rotate 180º setting again, and make sure to hit save. Then wait a few minutes before attempting to livestream.
If that doesn't work, I'll report your issue to our dev team as a potential bug.
