Outdoor camera not detecting motion

Continuous Issue. I am considering changing to another provider. The camera on my driveway constantly misses detecting vehicles in the driveway. What’s the problem?

@charleskenneyjr What are the motion detection settings on your Outdoor Camera? If it is set to People Only mode, it should not pick up on any cars in your driveway. 

If your camera is set to All Motion though, it can help to reset the camera as a first troubleshooting step. This can be done by pressing and holding the button on the back of the camera for 30 seconds. Once the button is released, you will be prompted to set it up again in the SimpliSafe mobile app.
