Outdoor camera issue
I bought 2 outdoor cameras and set them up this morning. One was connected to the main wireless network, the other was connected to a wifi extender network.
They both worked fine for about 6 hours; then I noticed the app said I had a "monitored" plan which I never signed up for.
Call CS center; they removed the monitored plan and put me back to the basic plan.
Then the cameras stopped working.
I spent close to 2 hours on the phone with the CS rep; unplugging, replugging, disconnecting, reconnecting, removing and replacing batteries, updating the firmware, etc etc etc.
Now I'm not able to connect either of the cameras to the network at all. I've removed them using the keypad, tried to reinstall them, however the base station won't recognize either one of them. I don'T hear the "camera added" prompt depsite pressing the set up button on the back of either of the cameras.
Yes, the white light on the cameras is flashing. Yes, I've updated the firmware. Yes, I can see my wifi networks in the app. Yes, I've reset the base station. Yes, every other sensor is connected and working fine.
2 bad cameras??? I don't think so.
What is going on here?? I'm well beyond frustrated with this after spending almost $400 on 2 of these cameras that won't connect to the system anymore.
HELP PLEASE!!!!

Hi @crosby1612,
It sounds like what the agent on the phone did was cancel your service entirely, rather than downgrading to the Basic App Control plan. I'm requesting a call from a specialist to make sure your system is back to 100%.
